Terms and Conditions for Simul Place
1. Introduction
Welcome to Simul Place. These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of Simul Place, a workspace Monday – Friday during the hours of 9 AM to 5:00 PM incorporating a Bar and late licence from Wednesday to Sunday. These Terms also outline the terms of membership, subscription and access to other venues provided by Simul Place. By signing up for membership, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Membership
2.1. Membership Fee
· Your membership fee is billed on a monthly subscription basis. The fee covers access to Simul Place during the specified hours and any associated benefits.
· Membership fees are non-refundable and subject to change from time to time.

· The minimum length of the membership contract is 3 full calendar months, beginning on the day when you make your membership application.                                                                                                                                                                                            ·Simul Place Incorporate a number of different memberships, your specific membership rights will be explained to you when joining and can be found on our website.
· Your membership will either allow you access to our workspaces within the hours of 9 AM
to 5:00 PM on business days and the bar from Wednesday to Sunday, subject to venue- specific opening times and availability.
· Depending on availability, your membership may allow you access to other Simul Place venues.
· The availability of other venues may vary and is subject to change without notice.                                                                                    2.5. Booking System
· At our discretion, we may implement a booking system in the future to manage access to specific workspaces.
· If a booking system is introduced, it will be communicated to members, and compliance will be required to access designated workspaces.
2.6. Membership cards
· As soon as possible after you make your membership application, we will send or give you and any linked members a membership card or token that must be used each time you enter a club. We may refuse entry without a membership card or token.
· If you lose your card we will provide one replacement card free of charge. For each replacement card after that we will charge you an administration fee of £5.
· Your membership is personal to you and you cannot transfer it to another person. You must not lend your membership card or token to another person. To protect all of our members, we may ask to see another form of identification (besides your membership card) before we allow you into our clubs.                                                                                                                                               · If another person uses your membership card or token, we have the right to end your membership.


 3. General Membership Rules
3.1. Mobile Phone Usage
· Members are allowed to use their mobile phones inside the venue. 3.2. Discretion and Respect
3.3. Distraction and Staff Intervention
 · While using your mobile phone inside the venue, we kindly ask you to exercise discretion and respect for fellow members and their workspaces.
· If a member of the staff deems that your mobile phone usage is causing a distraction or disruption to other members, you may be politely asked to take your call or continue your mobile phone activity outside the building.
We believe in creating a conducive and respectful environment for all members, and your cooperation in maintaining this atmosphere is greatly appreciated.

3.4. Code of Conduct
· Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully while using
Simul Place facilities.
· Any disruptive behaviour may result in immediate termination of membership without a
refund.

3.5. Alcohol Policy
· The use of the bar facilities is available to members on days the Bar is open..
· Members are expected to consume alcoholic beverages responsibly.

4. Termination and Cancellation
4.1. Termination
· After the initial 3 full calendar months, your membership will continue indefinitely.
· To cancel your membership, you must provide a written notice of cancellation.
· You are required to give us at least 30 days’ notice in writing to terminate your membership.
The notice period begins from the date of receipt of your written notice of cancellation.
· Simul Place reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time for violations of
these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason deemed necessary by Simul Place
management.
· Termination of your membership will result in the immediate loss of access to all facilities
and venues.

5. Guest Allowance
5.1. Works Membership
· Work membership allows you to bring up to 3 guests at any one time during the day.
· In the evening, Works membership allows you to bring up to 4 guests.
5.2. Friends of Simul and Neighbourhood Membership
· Friends of Simul and Neighbourhood memberships allow you to bring up to 3 guests, but only after 5:00 PM. Last entry is 11pm


6. Entry Refusal
6.1. Simul Place reserves the right to refuse entry to any member or their guest at its discretion, without providing a specific reason.

 

7. Liability and Indemnification
7.1. Liability
· Simul Place is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property on the premises.
· Simul Place is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur on the premises.
7.2. Indemnification
· By becoming a member, you agree to indemnify and hold Simul Place and its employees, partners, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the facilities.


8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
8.1. Simul Place reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
· Members will be notified of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.
· It is the responsibility of members to review and comply with the latest version of the Terms
and Conditions.                                                                                                                                                                                                                      . Governing Law
9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United Kingdom.
